On Tuesday, April 2, 2024, Pullman & Comley attorney Zachary Schurin will address school administrators in a presentation entitled Investigations: What Every School Administrator Needs to Know at the Connecticut Association of Schools (CAS) offices in Cheshire.
The seminar will review legal obligations and best practices for investigations in the school environment, including a review of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), student search and seizure, Weingarten and other issues that school administrators with investigation responsibilities need to be aware of.
