
On March 27 and March 28, Pullman & Comley School Law attorneys Mark Sommaruga, Kimberly Catala, Zach Schurin and Steve Sedor will be presenting at the 2025 Connecticut Association of Schools (CAS) annual conference in Mystic, Connecticut. Attorneys Sommaruga and Catala will be speaking on March 27 and will provide a refresher/update on DCF-mandated reporting requirements including an examination of recent changes to DCF mandated reporting requirement laws. On March 28, Attorneys Schurin and Sedor will address the law and student cell phones and give their recommend best practices for school administrators for managing student cell phone issues.
