Attorney Adam S. Mocciolo Moderated Litigation Funding Panel for Bench-Bar Conference

Attorney Adam S. Mocciolo was the moderator for a District of Connecticut Bench-Bar Conference panel discussion on "Financial and Ethical Aspects of Litigation Funding," held October 26, 2018 in Portland, Connecticut.  Panelists included Ken Epstein, Hon. Allan L. Gropper (Ret.), Nicholas Kajon, and Edward Reilly.  The meeting was the tenth biennial Bench-Bar Conference held at Saint Clemens Castle and the district judges were encouraged to forgo scheduling court proceedings to attend the informative retreat.
