Attorney Joshua Hawks-Ladds to Speak at the Connecticut Bar Association's Annual Labor & Employment Law Conference

Pullman & Comley attorney Joshua A. Hawks-Ladds, chair of the firm’s Labor, Employment Law and Employee Benefits Department, was a guest panelist at the Connecticut Bar Association's Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference on March 17, 2016. The conference covered recent legal developments in Labor and Employment law including the growth of "joint employment" issues, the NLRB's increased jurisdiction, the impact of changes to FLSA regulations, agency shop rules, and a review of important U.S. and Connecticut Supreme Court labor and employment decisions from the past year.

The conference was held for all labor and employment practitioners and attorneys practicing in this area of law. CLE credit is available for conference attendees.
