Gary B. O'Connor to Moderate Mayoral Panel at CT Brownfield Conference

Pullman & Comley attorney Gary B. O'Connor, chair of the firm's Real Estate and Land Use Department, moderated a panel of Connecticut Mayors at this year's Connecticut Brownfield Conference.  The event, co-hosted by the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) and the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP), provided developers, site owners, municipal leaders, attorneys and environmental professionals the opportunity to learn more about brownfields and what resources are available to them for cleanup of these sites.

Attorney O'Connor, who also co-chairs the Brownfield Working Group, led the panel discussion titled, "CT Mayor’s Perspective on Brownfields and Urban Revitalization."  His guests included Mayors Neil M. O'Leary (Waterbury), Mark A. Lauretti (Shelton), Luke A. Bronin (Hartford) and Erin E. Stewart (New Britain).
