David Atkins Speaks at ABA Unauthorized Practice of Law School

The American Bar Association invited David P. Atkins, chair of Pullman & Comley's Professional Liability practice, to speak at its fourth “UPL [Unauthorized Practice of Law] School” at the Association’s headquarters in Chicago on November 7, 2019.  David participated as one of three panelists addressing bar administrators and regulators from approximately 30 jurisdictions on the topic of the burgeoning variety of legal services offered through interactive websites operated by non-lawyers.
