Robert C. Hinton to Present "Discipline and Corrective Conversations" at CBIA HR Essentials Seminar

Pullman & Comley attorney Robert C. Hinton, a member of the Labor and Employment Counseling, Training and Litigation practice, was a presenter at the Connecticut Business & Industry Association's seminar, "HR Essentials for Supervisors & Managers" on Friday, May 12, 2017.

This full-day seminar addressed disciplinary issues, documentation and recordkeeping, performance evaluations, FMLA/ADA coordination, negotiating styles, and a host of other compliance concerns and interpersonal skills — all essential to the development of supervisory staff capable of leading your workforce.  Bob's presentation was titled "Discipline & Corrective Conversations."
