Gary O'Connor Speaks at the 2021 Regional Brownfields Partnership Annual Meeting

Gary B. O'Connor, co-chair of Pullman & Comley's Real Estate practice, spoke at the 2021 Regional Brownfields Partnership of West Central Connecticut Annual Meeting on January 13, 2022. As a featured speaker, Gary presented on the law and history surrounding Connecticut Brownfield Land Banks.

Gary's presentation covered the structure of Connecticut's unique Brownfield Land Bank model, as well as the certification and development process, importance of the program for municipalities, common challenges, and an illustrative case study in Southington, CT.
