George Kasper to Speak at CTCPA's Employee Benefit Plans Conference on SECURE Act 2.0
George Kasper, an attorney in Pullman & Comley's Labor, Employment Law and Employee Benefits practice, will speak at the Connecticut Society of CPAs (CTCPA) Employee Benefit Plans Conference, which is designed to update practitioners on a variety of topics in the employee benefit plans area.
In a two-part presentation, George will begin with a summary of recent changes to the SECURE Act 2.0. He will follow up with a panel, joined by PASI, LLC CPA David Beck and Definiti ERISA Counsel Karen Toth, to discuss how the legal updates of the SECURE Act 2.0 affect benefit plan administrators, auditors of employee benefit plans, or those who advise companies in this area.
