Irve Goldman to Speak at the Northeast Bankruptcy Conference & Consumer Forum

Irve Goldman, chair of Pullman & Comley's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice, will speak at the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Northeast Bankruptcy Conference & Consumer Forum. 

In the 2022 and 2023 Supreme Court terms, there have been three or four bankruptcy cases on the docket in each term, as opposed to the more normal one case every year or even every other year. Irve will provide insight on two recent Supreme Court bankruptcy cases including: Harrington v. Purdue Pharma L.P. and Office of the U.S. Trustee v. John Q. Hammons Fall 2006.  He and the panel will delve into the significant outcomes of both cases and their far-ranging effects.
