Jessica Grossarth Kennedy and Glenn Rybacki to Speak on Bond Anticipation Notes at Government Finance Officers Association of CT Quarterly Meeting

Public Finance attorneys Jessica Grossarth Kennedy and Glenn G. Rybacki will present at the Government Finance Officers Association of Connecticut's quarterly meeting on February 9. Their topic of bond anticipation notes will include a discussion of the renewal of short term debt obligations, and the factors municipalities should consider when deciding to issue them as opposed to long term debt.
