Judge Holzberg (Ret.) to Speak at the Central Connecticut Paralegal Association Meeting on Mediations

Judge Robert L. Holzberg (Ret.), who leads the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice at Pullman & Comley, will speak at the Central Connecticut Paralegal Association September Lunch & Learn meeting. He will present "Mediations - What You Need to Know," to speak on strategies for preparing for a successful mediation or arbitration.

Judge Holzberg will review the most common issues and problems that arise in settlement talks and how legal assistants can best prepare the attorney and client for a successful outcome.
