10:15 a.m. - 12:15 a.m.
Connecticut Convention Center

Kristin Mayhew, a member of Pullman & Comley's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice, will moderate a panel at the Connecticut Bar Association's Connecticut Legal Conference on June 10 as part of the Business - Technology Track.

The presenters will discuss recent cases in each of three categories: commercial litigation, consumer bankruptcy, and business bankruptcy. Attendees should expect a primer on caselaw developments in commercial litigation, consumer bankruptcy and business bankruptcy. Topics to be covered include:

  • cutting edge decisions from the CT Bankruptcy Courts and the CT State Courts
  • changes to the Bankruptcy Code and decisions impacting contract disputes and other areas of commercial law

Practitioners who specialize in consumer and business bankruptcies and those who practice commercial litigation in the state should attend.
