Lee D. Hoffman Joins Fairfield Lawmakers for a Utilities Rates & Reliability Information Forum
Lee D. Hoffman, co-chair of the firm's Real Estate, Energy, Environmental and Land Use practice and chair of the Connecticut Business Industry and Association's (CBIA) E2 Energy Task Force will join Fairfield lawmakers for a virtual forum via Zoom to discuss major concerns about the public utility and internet rates and reliability for Fairfield constituents, especially after the mass electrical and internet outages due to Tropical Storm Isaias.
Lee, who has vast experience going before the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority and the Connecticut Siting Council, will be the guest speaker joining State Senator Tony Hwang (R-28), State Reps. Brian Farnen (R-132), Laura Devlin (R-134) and Cristin McCarthy Vahey (D-133), and Fairfield First Selectwoman Brenda Kupchick.
