Mark Sommaruga to Present on Recovery Services at 2022 ConnCASE Virtual Legal Conference

Mark J. Sommaruga will present at the 2022 Connecticut Council of Administrators of Special Education (ConnCASE) Virtual Legal Conference, which has been designed to provide participants with the most up to date legal information on special education. Mark, who is an attorney in Pullman & Comley's School Law practice, will discuss legal issues concerning "recovery services" to rectify disruptions in special education and related services during the COVID-19 pandemic. He will also participate in the attorney panel discussion following his presentation.
