Melinda Kaufmann to Review Title IX Updates at CBA Seminar

Join Pullman & Comley Education Law attorney Melinda B. Kaufmann for an informative CBA virtual seminar on the revised Title IX regulations issued by the U.S. Department of Education that took effect on August 1, 2024. This session will provide an overview of the new regulations, including changes to the types of conduct over which schools have jurisdiction, the expanded definitions of sex discrimination (including sex-based harassment), and the updated Title IX grievance procedures.
