Michael Kurs to Moderate Antitrust and Trade Regulation Panel at the 2022 Connecticut Legal Conference

Michael A. Kurs, a member of Pullman & Comley's Antitrust Litigation practice, will moderate the panel "Hot Topics in Antitrust and Trade Regulation" at the Connecticut Bar Association's 2022 Connecticut Legal Conference.

Presenters will cover a broad range of current antitrust developments such as shifting dynamics in federal enforcement, Connecticut's enforcement activities, and impacts in the areas of health care and employment.
