Michael Kurs to Speak on Antitrust and Consumer Protection Enforcement: What Every Lawyer Needs to Know 

Attorney Michael A. Kurs, a member of Pullman & Comley's Litigation and Antitrust practices, will speak at the 2024 Connecticut Legal Conference sponsored by the Connecticut Bar Association on June 10, 2024.  The presentation is entitled: "The U.S. DOJ Antitrust Division, the FTC, and State Attorneys General Have Significantly Ramped Up Both Antitrust and Consumer Protection Enforcement: What Every Lawyer Needs to Know."

Recent initiatives undertaken by federal and state government antitrust and consumer protection enforcers seek to fundamentally alter existing bodies of law that have been relied upon for decades.  This program will explore the impact that these initiatives may have upon the conduct of businesses and individuals alike.
