PANEL: Attorney Elliott B. Pollack Participates in BOMA Tax Revaluation Panel

Pullman & Comley Attorney Elliott B. Pollack, member of the firm's Property Tax and Valuation Department, was a co-panelist at the BOMA Greater Hartford networking breakfast, "Taxes and Revaluation: Will You Be Affected?"  Attorney Pollack, along with John Philip, Assessor of the City of Hartford, discussed the Hartford, West Hartford and East Hartford upcoming general property revaluations in October 2016 that will affect property tax payments for the next five years.  Panelists reviewed how revaluation is conducted, methods used by the assessor, and what legal solutions a person has for contesting the new assessment.  Pullman & Comley was a sponsor of this breakfast.
