CBA Planning and Zoning Section to Host "An Evening with Judge Marshall Berger"

The Connecticut Bar Association's Planning and Zoning Section will host "Lessons from the Bench and Thoughts on the Future of Land Use Practice: An Evening with Judge Marshall Berger" on Wednesday, June 21. 

Judge Berger (Retired) served for nearly 34 years as a Judge of the Connecticut Superior Court and established the Land Use Docket in 2012. He is now a member of Pullman & Comley’s Alternative Dispute Practice, focusing on the mediation of land use, zoning, environmental and construction matters.

The program will run from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. and will include a cocktail hour and dinner. Register by June 9 via the CBA website.
