Ryan O’Donnell to Present at CRA Legislative, Wage & Compliance Seminar Series
Ryan A. O'Donnell, an attorney in Pullman & Comley's Labor, Employment Law and Employee Benefits practice, who serves as legal counsel to the Connecticut Restaurant Association, will be a speaker on a panel of restaurant industry experts to discuss legislative, wage and compliance issues that hospitality owners and operators are faced with.
Some of the topics for discussion in this seminar, sponsored by the Connecticut Restaurant Association, will include tip credit, overtime rules, predictive scheduling, wage & hour audits, tax credits, tip pooling, and more.
