2012 Workforce Tech Week Online Conference

Daniel Schwartz, a Labor and Employment attorney with Pullman & Comley, was part of a panel at the 2012 Workforce Tech Week Online Conference. The panel, "Going Mobile: An Expert Panel On Mobile Tech in HR," covered developments in the enterprise related to mobile that's driving increased performance, productivity and enhanced talent acquisition (the good!), what companies need to be aware of related to using mobile devices outside of work with respect to wage and hour liability (the bad!) and of course, the expected topics related to how your mix of generations in the workplace view it all and champion or -fight- your mobile technology initiatives as a result (the ugly!).
