SEMINAR: Attorney David Atkins to Discuss "Avoiding Ethical Traps for the Solo or Small Firm Attorney"

Pullman & Comley attorney David P. Atkins, chair of the firm's Litigation Department and Professional Liability Section, was a guest speaker at a program hosted by the Small Firm Practice Management Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.

David's presentation, titled "You Will Not Be Grieved - Avoiding Ethical Traps for the Solo or Small Firm Attorney," addressed practices and procedures for small law firms and solo practitioners to avoid disciplinary complaints and malpractice complaints. The seminar was held on November 17, 2015, at The Graduate Club of New Haven, Connecticut.
