Attorney Elizabeth Austin to Present at the 2016 National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees Spring Seminar

Pullman & Comley attorney Elizabeth J. Austin, member and chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the firm’s Litigation Department, will be a co-presenter at the 2016 National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees Spring Seminar on April 9, 2016. Liz will be discussing the topic of ethics and professionalism in a panel titled, "Dealing with a Celebrity in Bankruptcy & Collection Matters: Ethical Considerations and Other Concerns."

The panel will review various high profile and celebrity cases, where Liz will offer her unique perspective from her experiences litigating several cases involving persons of notoriety. Additional panel discussion topics include ethical implications, how issues arise and how they should be handled.
