Attorney Joshua A. Hawks-Ladds Presented At National Business Institute Seminar On Advanced Employment Law

Pullman & Comley attorney Joshua A. Hawks-Ladds, chair of the firms' Labor, Employment Law and Employee Benefits Department, was a presenter at the National Business Institute Seminar, "Advanced Employment Law" on April 18, 2017 at The Courtyard Waterbury Downtown.  The program was designed for advanced level attorneys, human resource managers, presidents, vice presidents and CFO's and was eligible for Connecticut CLE credit.

Attorney Hawks-Ladds' presentation, "National Labor Relations Board Decisions Affecting Unionized and Non-Unionized Workplaces," included discussion on at-will employment statements and Collective Bargaining limitations, handling concerted activity in non-union environments, social media use and National Labor Relations Act violations, and controlling back pay.
