SEMINAR: Attorney Michael Andreana to Speak on Tax Increment Financing Developments in Connecticut

Pullman & Comley attorney Michael Andreana, member of the Government Finance practice, was a panelist at Urban Land Institute (ULI) Boston's seminar "TIF Development in Connecticut" on February, 11, 2016. The program focused on how developers and communities can use Tax Increment Financing (TIF) as part of the capital requirements for development projects. The panelists provided an overview of the new Connecticut law and showed how public and private developers can use TIF to fund new projects.
