Attorney Rachel L. Ginsburg to Co-Present on ADA and FMLA for the Fairfield County Bar

Rachel L. Ginsburg, an attorney in Pullman & Comley's Labor, Employment Law & Employee Benefits practice, will be a co-presenter at the Fairfield County Bar Luncheon Program, "The Intersection of the ADA & FMLA Obligations to Accommodate; The Employee's & Management's Perspective." 

Rachel and her co-presenter will deliver a primer on the ADA and FMLA that includes areas where they overlap, the difference between the two statutory schemes, obligations to accommodate and what is "reasonable" under the circumstance, as well as a review of recent case law developments.  There is a fee to attend this program and it is eligible for one New York state CLE credit.
