CT- Healthcare Financial Management Association 2012 Legal Update

Pullman & Comley Litigation and Health Care attorney Alan Sobol spoke at the 2012 Legal Update for the Connecticut Healthcare Financial Management Association.  This seminar highlighted important changes in the health care industry and related laws and regulations.  Topics include HIPAA security breaches, the Common Rule, hospital-physician integration and many others.

Alan addressed "How to Be 'Responsible' Pursuant to The 'Responsible Corporate Officer Doctrine.'" This topic discussed the criminal prosecution of healthcare officers and directors for misconduct committed by their subordinates.
