SEMINAR: Connecticut Bar Association: Small Firm Practice Management Section Meeting
David Atkins of Pullman & Comley’s Professional Liability Practice Group will be a speaker at a program sponsored by the Connecticut Bar Association’s Small Firm Practice Management Section entitled “Minimizing Risks: Tops For Solos and Small Firm Practitioners on Avoiding Malpractice and Disciplinary Claims.” The program is designed to offer practitioners practical ideas on how to avoid claims commonly asserted against law firms, including those arising from inadequate communication with clients, faulty handling of trustee funds accounts and deficient screening of undesirable clients.
