SEMINAR: Connecticut Property Tax: A Dialogue

Building off their September 2011 presentation to the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accounts, Property Valuation attorneys Laura Bellotti Cardillo and Gregory Servodidio returned to answer follow up questions and continue the dialogue surrounding property taxes in Connecticut. Discussion topics included commercial real estate property tax and valuation issues, filing commercial personal property declarations and audits of those accounts, filing real estate income & expense reports by June 1, 2012, and recent legislative changes at the end of the current session in Hartford.
