DEEP Proposes Transformation of Cleanup Programs

What that Means for Real Estate Transactions

Pullman & Comley Environmental attorney Lee Hoffman participated on a panel hosted by the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) about the Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection's (DEEP) draft remediation transformation proposal that was released on February 7.  The DEEP's proposal suggests changes to Connecticut Statutes and regulations related to remediation over the next eighteen months.
