Employment Laws Made Simple

Pullman & Comley Labor & Employment attorney Joshua Hawks-Ladds spoke at a seminar hosted by the National Business Institute, "Employment Laws Made Simple."  The seminar reviewed employment laws that assist in creating and maintaining an environment that promotes cooperation and professionalism.

In Josh's session, "New Hires - Getting It Right From The Start," he covered getting appropriate data from job applications, screening references, the interview process, job offers, terms and conditions of contracts and orientation and training regarding wage and hour compliance issues.
