Learn everything you need to know about the new Connecticut Uniform LLC Act through hypothetical examples and case studies. Sample operating agreement provisions were provided as the basis for drafting “dos” and “don’ts,” and the panel made drafting suggestions to mitigate potential disputes. The program also addressed how best to draft language for governance, distributions, fiduciary duty limitations, judicial resolution of member disputes, and other tools to address commonly recurring LLC issues.
