SEMINAR: Labor and Employment Law 2012

Every day employers and their staff confront challenging situations and difficult decisions.  Labor and Employment attorney Jonathan Orleans presented about FLSA/Wage and Hour Compliance for a continuing education seminar hosted by Sterling Education Services.  Jon discussed such topics as employee vs. independent contractors, staying out of trouble regarding wage and hour claims, and compensation issues surrounding smart phones.
