Lee D. Hoffman Discusses CTDEEP's Finalized Comprehensive Energy Strategy at Air & Waste Management Association Meeting
On February 8, 2018, the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (CTDEEP) released its finalized Comprehensive Energy Strategy (CES) which focuses on building a 21st century energy system that lowers costs for homeowners and businesses, and reduces carbon emissions to help achieve the state's aggressive climate changes goals.
Lee D. Hoffman, chair of Pullman & Comley's Regulatory, Energy and Telecommunications practice, discussed the "ins" and "outs" of the CES and how new legislation related to the CES may affect Connecticut businesses and ratepayers.
