SEMINAR: Mediation/Settlement: New Strategies, New Opportunities

Pullman & Comley Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) chair Robert L. Holzberg, Connecticut Superior Court Judge (Ret.) was a speaker at the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association's seminar, "Mediation/Settlement: New Strategies, New Opportunities." The seminar demonstrated that mediation techniques are very different from those utilized at trial.
