New Requirements for Combatting Sexual Violence on Campus

Pullman & Comley Litigation attorney Jonathan Orleans spoke to the Connecticut Conference of Independent Colleges at Albertus Magnus College.  There was a panel presentation and group discussion regarding the implementation of Public Act 14-11 and new federal rules regarding sexual misconduct on campus.
