Relocation Refresher: A Comprehensive Review of Connecticut Law on Relocation

Retired Judge Lynda B. Munro and Campbell D. Barrett of Pullman & Comley's Family Law practice will present a fast-paced CLE on the topic of relocation, providing a comprehensive review of the operative law on relocation in both pendente lite and post judgment cases at the October meeting of the Family Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.  In addition, they will provide practical advice on how to effectively marshal the evidence in a relocation case.
