(Ret.) Judge Lynda Munro Facilitates Roundtable Discussion on Mediation

(Ret.) Judge Lynda Munro of Pullman & Comley's ADR Practice joined a panel of mediators for a discussion hosted by the Connecticut Bar Association titled Is Mediation Your Best Option to Create Value for Your Client? The panelists addressed the ways mediation can be the best option for resolving disputes, the role of a mediator and approaches he/she employs, and how you can better represent your client at a mediation. The program also discussed some of the challenges with mediation and creative ways to overcome them.
