SEMINAR: Superintendents' Legal Issues Forum

Pullman & Comley School Law attorney William Connon and White Collar, Criminal Defense and Corporate Investigations attorneys Alan Sobol and Nathaniel Gentile hosted the quarterly meeting of the Superintendents' Legal Issues Forum.  Attorney Sobol spoke on the topic of "Schools, Students, and Sex."  He examined and discussed state and federal criminal laws that concern sexual misconduct such as "sexting" and cyber-bullying that occurs both on-and-off campus and is committed by or against students; and school administrators' response, including search and seizure laws.
