Superintendents' Legal Issues Forum

Pullman & Comley School Law attorneys William Connon, Michael McKeon, Zach Schurin, Susan Scott and Mark Sommaruga hosted the quarterly meeting of the Superintendents' Legal Issues Forum.  Topics discussed included the recent trends in collective bargaining, a summary of the 2014 Connecticut Legislative Enactments, the impact of select 2014 legislation on Board of Education policies and recent court decisions regarding specific school districts.
