SEMINAR: Tax Aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions

Pullman & Comley Mergers and Acquisions attorney Morris Banks will be teaching a course for the Connecticut Society of CPA's on the Tax Aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions.  Topics Moe will cover include;  taxable and non-taxable transactions; how the seller's and buyer's tax objectives will affect the structure of the transaction; use of the installment method and the disposition of installment obligations; special issues raised in the case of an S Corporation Seller, along with many other valuable subjects.
