The Impact of the New Evidence Rules on Workers' Compensation Cases

Pullman & Comley Litigation Attorney Jonathan A. Kaplan participated in a panel entitled "The Impact of the New Evidence Rules on Workers' Compensation Cases," presented by the Workers Compensation Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.

The program covered the new evidence rules with a focus on social media, and provided instruction on how to introduce social media and other surveillance evidence into proceedings. The panelists also discussed and analyzed fact patterns presenting the ethical issues at stake when dealing with evidence.
