Pullman & Comley School Law attorney Susan Scott spoke at a seminar of the Connecticut Bar Association entitled "The Ins and Outs of Connecticut's Anti-Bullying Statutes."  Susan discussed the history of the law and school district responsibilities regarding safe school climate plans and the investigation of alleged acts of bulling.
