The presentation was in webinar format and discussed the recent Supreme Court
ruling stating that subsidies used to purchase health insurance on the federally facilitated marketplace ("FFM") are legal. This decision essentially brings to an end efforts to repeal the law through the legal system.The webinar will focus on how this will affect employers and what to expect moving forward.
