SEMINAR: There’s an Appraisal and It Says What?!?

Pullman & Comley Property Valuation attorney Gregory Servodidio was a presenter at the annual conference of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT).  Greg discussed how real property appraisals can complicate efforts to obtain equitable property tax assessments and offer practical legal and appraisal strategies for successful outcomes.
