SEMINAR: Understanding CEFIA's C-Pace Program

The Clean Energy Finance & Investment Authority (CEFIA) and Pullman & Comley are pleased to present a morning seminar explaining the new Commercial Property-Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program.

Jessica Bailey, CEFIA's Director of Commercial and Industrial PACE discussed the benefits and eligibility requirements for C-PACE and answered questions about the new financing program. Jessica Bailey's presentation was followed by a panel of CEFIA's General Counsel and Pullman & Comley's environmental, energy, and municipal finance lawyers addressing some of the legal considerations for C-PACE projects.
