Title IX on the Nines Webinar Series: Starting Your School Year Off Right – Next Steps on New Title IX Regulations

Welcome back!  As we kick off the 2024-25 school year, join Education Law attorney Melinda B. Kaufmann as she reviews what Connecticut schools must do now that the new Title IX final regulations have gone into effect.

Melinda will cover the developments of the past few months, including the recent Title IX Supreme Court decision, legal challenges to the regulations, and exactly who is affected by these challenges.  The majority of Connecticut schools, however, now must implement updated Title IX policies and procedures and ensure that staff are properly trained.  Melinda will offer recommendations for a game plan to ensure you are in compliance.
