Ret. Judge Munro Presents "Trial Practices: Everything We Forgot Since Law School"

Retired Judge Lynda B. Munro of Pullman's Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution practices, presented "Trial Practices: Everything We Forgot Since Law School," at the Connecticut Bar Association's Family Law Section meeting on February 11, 2020.

Judge Munro's presentation covered techniques to sharpen trial skills when litigating a custody or financial case, including better ways to present/prove case to the trial judge and how to avoid the "shot gun" approach.
