Pullman & Comley Environmental and Land Use attorney Christopher McCormack presented "Advanced Transactional Due Diligence with ASTM Environmental Assessment Standards" a webinar hosted by Lorman Education Services.  Chris’s presentation will blend his extensive experience in corporate and real estate environmental due diligence with his perspective as a member and Membership Secretary of ASTM Committee E50 on environmental assessment standards. The program covered the ASTM standards development process and standards relevant to commonly-encountered environmental due diligence issues, as well as updates on recent developments including proposed revisions to the widely-used ASTM E1527 Standard Practice for Phase I Environmental Site Assessment
